Main objectives
The Fleet Associate – Procurement Specialist is responsible for ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and reliable procurement of fleet-related vehicles, equipment, and services to support Foodora’s rider and 3PL operations.
The role exists to:
- Execute and support procurement activities for fleet assets and services in line with operational demand
- Manage supplier interactions to ensure correct specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Support cost control and standardization across fleet-related purchases
- Ensure procurement processes are followed, documented, and scalable as the fleet grows
- Ensuring that procurement is in line with Pandora guidelines and policies
Qualifications
- You preferably have a background in accounting or economics (Not mandatory)
- Quick and sharp minded. You need to be able to process numbers, purchase orders, supplier onboardings and more at a quick phase
- Thorough. Mistakes can be very expensive and add big costs
